In colonial times during the birth of this nation, it was the ordinary citizens, (the farmer, the baker, the blacksmith), who rose up to defend their freedoms of religion, bearing arms, & taxation without representation. Nearly 250 years later, our country needs us again to defend her freedoms as well as the truth. Major media can no longer be trusted to report fairly or accurately and the one network that tries to stay balanced can only do so much. Just like the police, those left watching out for our freedoms cannot be everywhere. The country was founded on "We the People" and it will take "We the People" to bring it back from circling the drain. It will take "We the People" to cover the things the media would like to keep hidden about this Administration and other dirty tactics by questionable politicians.
I want to try to turn this blog into an arena or an outlet for stories in your area or the country that are not being covered, ought to be covered, or being covered badly and all spun out of perspective. Articles are great, photos are better. Don't get me wrong, commentary is fine and comments are ALWAYS welcomed.
There was a time when journalism and commentary had credence and creditability in major media, sadly most of them no longer hold themselves to a higher standard. In this day of new technology we have the instant access to research any subject, any event more thoroughly than our old card catalog could ever do. That is why any links or photos accompanying your story go a long way to give creditability and it is that creditability that cannot be diminished or ignored.
In the birth of tyranny, the first victim is always truth. "We the People" cannot let that happen in our neighborhood or our country, not on our watch.

I look forward to hearing from you...
Note: Common sense decency and respect for others points of view applies and is strictly enforced, think of this as a family show. Thank-you.
"It does not require a majority to prevail but rather an irate, tireless minority keen to set bush fires in people's minds." Samuel Adams
